€250,000
Change of use or listed-building restoration
€250,000 is not a general property tier. It applies anywhere in Greece, but only where the investor converts a commercial building to residential use or restores a listed building.
We assess Greek Golden Visa property from developers we work with directly, then check the route before any specific property is presented as qualifying. Tell us the budget, preferred area and timing; we will confirm whether a verified match is available and explain the next step if it is not.

Four answers identify the route questions before a property is assessed.
No property is treated as qualifying until its route evidence has been checked. Current availability is confirmed separately.
Three property routes. The lowest price is a different property type, not a cheaper geographic tier.

Every property has to clear the same four legal and practical checks.
01
We check the land-registry extract and identify any encumbrance before sharing the property.
02
We confirm κύριοι χώροι against the engineer’s certificate. Balconies, storage and parking are excluded.
03
We check the evidence for the route itself, including a granted permit rather than an intention to convert.
04
If Aegalis receives an introducer or co-marketing fee, the relationship is stated on the listing.
We will help choose the right route and turn it into a property brief.
