No. Apostille is the normal authentication route only when the issuing country and document fall within the Hague Apostille Convention. Otherwise, Greek consular legalisation or another accepted route may apply. Official Greek translation is a separate step.
The current official route procedures allow proxy submission before entry when the power of attorney is executed before an accepted authority abroad and carries the required Apostille or Greek consular authentication.
