What Aegalis does
We advise on which qualifying route fits, verify the property or investment, and coordinate the application through to the residence permit. Greek legal work is carried out by Bar-registered lawyers who are named on every page where their work appears.

How we are paid, and when that matters
We charge for advisory work. Where we are also paid by a developer or vendor on a property we list, that is disclosed on the listing itself rather than in a policy nobody reads.
Every property page states whether Aegalis receives a fee if you buy it. It does not change what you pay, and it is exactly the thing you would want to know before taking a recommendation seriously.
What we are not claiming
Aegalis is new. We are not going to tell you how many clients we have served or how many years of experience sit behind the brand, because those numbers would be doing work they have not earned.
What we will do is publish the registration numbers of the lawyers who do the legal work, cite the instrument behind every figure we state, and correct ourselves in public when we get something wrong. Those are checkable. A testimonial is not.
Who owns Aegalis
Aegalis is a movingto group company. It operates as its own business with its own team, and shares operational infrastructure with the wider group.
We mention it because ownership is the kind of thing that should be findable rather than discovered.
